Berta, Hello I know you are one of the experts on this site and maybe you can help me.  I am going to be getting married in Jamaica to a non us citizen. I am current 100 pt and wanted her to be able to use the chapter 35 benefits for school.  I called the 1800 number twice yesterday and two people told me she needs a social but could not or would no tell where they are getting this information.  I just called again and another guy actually tried to look it up and could not find any information and was not sure and told me to try and get a letter from social secuirty saying she can not get one.  I was wondering if you have heard about this and if it is possible thanks
