  1. I am so sick all the time. I don't think Ihave a lot of time. I promise I will be a PITA to congress and the VA until the day I die. Now I need a good attorney.
  2. I found out RSA was the first Safe Water Act pentaly case used against a federal facility. The EPA settled with RSA for almost a million $ This was Dec 1998 In 1982 the EPA also fined RSA and told them to clean up the water. That was DDT I was stationed there in 1983. They knew it was toxic and made us go there anyway. In researching it upsets me how many violations RSA had. It seems they never have been in comliance. Maybe the water there is beyond repair. I am not going away I will continue researching and once I get everything in order I will post the info on a blog I need people to help me with the FOIA request. I want one for the state violations and compliancy reports I also want a FOIA to see the FOIA's requested for the EPA and VA The FOIAs' are anything having to do with RSA for the years 1972-199.
  3. Hi, I am new here. I am looking for others who were stationed at Redstone Arsenal in the 80's. Redsone (RSA) is now a superfund site. I have stomach cancer and believe I got it while stationed there. I am not going to go into the details about the VA actually denying I have cancer. The Cleveland Clinic begs to differ. I have contacted Senator Sherrod Brown, I wrote President Obama and I am activally searching for a good attorney. I made a few FIOA request from the EPA. The information makes me sick. The military wasn't in compliance with the EPA for years. I am tired of all the denial and blameshifting happening. I want every soldier stationed at RSA to know how toxic that place was/is. Thanks Tawny
