Hey Veldrina, does it hurt to mention alcohol consumption to deal with problems?

I am going to my C & P exam on Monday. I am really nervous about what would help my claim, & what wouldn't. I drink excessively to help with my problems, and was going to bring that up, but maybe I should just leave that part out I guess. A lot of my paper work from differn't incidents in Afghanistan got mis placed, but I know the exact dates on some of them. I went to a local Mental Health for a little bit, but quit because I had problems getting my meds on time from them & didn't like the side effects. I just hope all goes ok and that I dont make any mistakes.
