How quaint. My FDC has changed to a regular claim. As I am now scheduled for C&P exams this 19th. I guess they don't believe their own Pysc professionals notes and diagnosis. Or the x-rays and any of the service medical records. Oh well same song and dance, except I am not as unarmed and unprepared as I once was.

I love getting the Chuckles. Back to Gathering Evidence. How may pieces of evidence do you need to state that a condition exists now, and while in service.

Formulating secondary battle plans. It's quiet and the smoke is starting to clear. Lock and load!

Ha Ha! Workers Comp needs to partner up with the VA evil doers. They play the same game. They will fall together. They underestimate my resolve and me following through to fight to the end. Fighting till my last breath.

Pain is weakness leaving the body,...at least that is what I keep telling myself.

Today even with a pain pump and a few demerol still hurting like an SOB.

Surgery went well, hurting but it could be worse

Under the knife again. Surgery #6 for the wrists. But heh, this time I get hardware installed. : /

More hand surgeries, more decisions, try to keep working or take the advice the docs have been giving me the last couple of years

Functional Capacity Test went well I think, however, Im in bed and can hardly move about even after a couple of demerol. WTF Over. : (

I thought the laughing gas from the dentist today would have me in a better mood.
