Hello, I was at 80% for the last year, went in again to get another eval because my shrink told me I now am clearly PTSD and to contact the county. I did in March this year. Today the Ebenefits status changed, to pending decision approval - I looked at my VA letter, which is weird because it shows the amount I am getting at 80%, the letter on the top dated June 3rd, but the effective date showing December 12 ( the time I was originally diagn. 80% ) and now it show 60 percent? I have gotten worse, and I am not understanding, even the eval guy said I was worse and should be from 80 to 100%, yet ebenefits show a drop to 60%? Is this a mistake? Can I appeal this if this 60% sticks to get at least my 80% back or is there something I need to do to go through the entire process again? Thanks,
