I think they meant - the QTC report was sent to the VA Regional Office that is handling your claim (not the VA Hosp). The QTC report is usually filed in your record (c-file) for the raters to review. I requested my QTC report after my claim was closed - I was told not to request it sooner since it could slow things down.
