I'm service connected for my knee and plan on having a knee replacement in July and will apply for 100% convalescence for the total knee replacement. I also have a claim for other conditions thar was denied in Jan 2015 and I have additional evidence to send in with my Notice of Disagreement. Question, should I send in the additional evidence for the NOD before I file for the 100 % for The TKR that I'm having in July or after?
