Same thing happened to me... ebennis is inaccurate do not follow what it says either call the 800# or submit an iris you should find out everything is fine its just that website is a load of errors

Navy, I'm sorry to hear that man but good thing you are still blessed with an amazing family who is there for you and puts up with the things that we go through as vets some ppl really don't understand how things can be so dramatically different with our thoughts and processes. I was told that my claim would fast tracked but guess it was fast tracked to a pile amongst others. And I agree I would have rather not known anything during this process I much rather just have waited till they sent the final notice. Thanks for your responses and happy holidays hope this Christmas brings that brown wrapped present.

I filed Jan 31 2013 I'm in California my claim is at the Oakland RO... my claim stayed on under review until yesterday it switched to prep for decision. The thing that stresses me the most is all the time frames I've been told originally when I filed I was told 8 months then a year and so on after my c&p exam I was told a couple weeks by the Dr 3 months by a lady in the phone and then a month with another lady on the phone. My claim is primarily PTSD with anxiety insomnia nightmares rage disorder depression & vbms? So I would think based solely of PTSD it wouldn't take as long especially with me being homeless and out of work since 2010. Also just to add info the Dr who gave me the c&p exam I got frustrated with because it only took about 5 minutes and he said "what would you want me to do? I'm going off a list here and you've checked yes on all of the questions you have PTSD and it has impaired you to the point where you cannot hold a job." His words exactly any thoughts?

Thank you both... and I'm thinking the sites just messed up because if they never received my FDC then there would be no claim... loving the VA treatment its presidential Lol... My claim was under review for 10 months and now this I heard was supposed to be the fast part we'll see I'll give them a call tomorrow and see what they... hurry up and wait wouldn't be so bad if it didn't take money to live.

Also it still says evidence requested past due DBQ PTSD physical initial closed 12-3-13 FDC closed 12-3-13 Saying that those things have not been received from me????? Ebennis glitch?

So checked ebennis today just updated to preparation for decision but my estimate date of completiom changed from Dec 29 13-Aug 08 14 to March 03 2014-July 09 2014 any similar experiences? What would be a good guess on how much longer till I receive the brown envelop and deposit?

Thank you for your reply Kelly.. I actually started seeing a great counselor she was my social worker for my va housing voucher also she was a psychotherapist and helped me tremendously until she took a position somewhere else and I got stuck with some guy who acts extremely nervous and clueless to what he does.. increases the frustration!

Oh man... alright everyone forgive me I'm sure my questions are repetitive to others but I never knew this site existed. I filed my claim for PTSD they put me down for rage disorder nightmares vbms? Anxiety memory loss and I think that's all so far.. my claim shows received Jan 31'13 I recently had my first c&p exam nov 11th to say the least I was very troubled that it only took five minutes the examiner said he basically has five things on a list and checked them all for me the only personal things I was able to tell him is I have been homeless for 3 years and also unemployed for 4 years and that the one job I did get they asked me to leave and I said no so they took me off the schedule for two months basically leaving me with no other option but to quit all because of my issues with memory loss and according to them poor judgenent. I apologize for rambling on but I see so many horror stories about claims and I'm more than a bit under pressure my claim has been under review the entire time nothing changed except after my c&p it said development letter sent I checked today and it says the same but also has evidence requested past due. I've lost everything I had my home my cars my clothes my exwife my kid and recently my ex girlfriend who is pregnant with my kid this all being over the span of the four yeas since I got out in 2010. So my questions are what am I looking at here? How long before I see a change in my status? What possibility is it that I'll receive 100% for PTSD? as it has effected my everyday life in every aspect you can think of... I feel like I'm disappearing further into this black hole I have no good relationships with any family or friends I sit everyday with nothing I can do but just bite my lip and try to deal with it... I'm just looking for some type of relief I read everyones stories but I can't always relate to them fully so this is my turn my first go. I just need some type of connection and support for what I'm going through. Thanks you for your time and best luck to all.
