It's a form required by the IRS to verify health coverage.
A joint return may have information showing that you covered by the VA and some sort of family insurance.

That was written maybe 8 years ago by a friend of mine. It does not mean a thing. Someone has to talk to their senator or congress person to find out the new regulation. I can not get a hold of mine. If someone can do that we may come up with an answer. Thanks.
