JayBrown1, I did turn in my NOD with all documents and photos also I believe if everyone google what fabric wear is there is more than meets the eye. File, File, File!!!

Gastone just want to say thanks for all of the information this makes more sense to me...state the full case and see how it falls. I think this will give me more time if I need additional evidence too.

Gastone, This will be my first NOD wasn't sure if I should add all of my evidence or just add the evidence to the statement of cause.

So to be clear do I add all my evidence with the NOD or the statement of cause? I have not seen the VA's New Policy states that the Metal has to be exposed on the braces...does anyone have a copy/link to it. Never the less we are talking about moving parts metal expose or not with moving parts that's still equal friction. navy04 not sure when you stated that “I wear the same pants all the time" was in your favor...if that's how you wrote it in your statement. Just saying that statement to someone that may not have your best interest could have used that to solely to deny you.

Also since the VA did not want to see my worn cloths items and devices at the time I went in should I take photos...and what would be the best way to add that in your as evidence Exhibit/item number???? Just thinking if I give all evidence in my NOD maybe I can get approve or maybe I should save evidence for the appeal. Need some help first… NOD.

So JayBrown1 did you give them any evidence of wear and tear besides stating your case? I didn't want to give/say too much until the appeal if it went that way. I also notice that I was denied in May and just received the letter in Aug...do they hold until Aug/Sep to give you the letter????

navy4 I have to agree with JayBrown1 we all deserve better. Your life on the line for a blank check...yeah we all deserve better. Get a copy of your paperwork from the VA in file.

JayBrown1, I want to know what did you say in your NOD and did you give all your data upfront or did you tell them will be provide for your appeal???? I tried to PM you as well.
