    Being 100% doesn't disqualify you from receiving Voc Rehab. When you are awarded Voc Rehab, they know what your service connection are and their job is to work with you on a field of study that will not Henderson you.

    Hi everyone. I am getting Voc Rehab and from what they told me in Ohio is that they will back pay to the date of your service connection award date.
