I recieved a BVA decsision with a rating updated that back dates to my orig claim - that puts me at 50% cdrp for a missing time of 40 mo. so I also have a remand on the main issue. How does back pay work? How long? What am I looking for from the VA. My attorney is upposed to be paid any back-pay as well He noted to BOLO for a another CP exam on my back issue. Any information is great.
