    Hi Gastone,

    I have not received anything in the mail yet...just surfing the ebennies site.  I have not communicated with the county rep as of yet.  Thank you for your input.

      Hi again Gastone,

      I just checked ebennies again and it says Decision Notification Sent but it has gone back to Gathering of Evidence.  I wonder what is up.
