We had a Project 112/SHAD reunion in Seattle in 2004. During that reunion we did a survey about medical problems. The guys were told it would be confidential and only the totals would be offered to the IOM study. I sent Dr. Page the totals. Dr. Page attended the reunion and heard testimony from several of the vets. You would think that in meeting some of the vets face to face and seeing the medical problems that they had reg. he would have had part of his heart and mind open to other ideas but what he was told to write about. He supposedly interviewed several vets. Those vets were mostly officers. Now do you think they would be trying to cover their tails? Would you blame him? He gets his pay from the government. Now why would he go against the government and play fair? This is my humble opinion of the IOM study.
