Anyone out there know if this is common? VA received my RAMP form on March 13 via early invitation. Decisions were to be by 125 days, I'm at 146 days. Anybody else taken this long? Three weeks over the promised 125 days. Don't know what to do now to get a response. Can anybody help? PEGGY gives the boiler plate response and vets.gov has same info.

The VA received my RAMP on March 13, now at 142 days is this common?

VA received my RAMP appeal on March 13 and still no answer after 142 days. Is this unusual? Any STATS out there on how long some of them go over? Peggy gives me different answers every time I call in beginning with very few go over the 125 to at 135 days if you don't get a letter in 30 days call us back. Nothing worthy on vets.gov My VSO is clueless and gives me only what I get myself. What is the point of RAMP if there is no real deadline at all, not even a few days over?
