Thanks for the response. Wow, I didn't know that was how they did business, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised. It was a formal appeal to the board. I guess I'll give it a while, then see if my attorney knows anything. Thanks for the advice.

First, let me say I'm not familiar with all the terminology, so forgive me if I'm not properly presenting my question. I saw the appeal judge on Monday, and she pretty much said she would grant my appeal. So, I was wondering how long can I expect before I see something in my account? I worked with a lawyer, if that matters. thanks

Ok thanks. I was asking, because the first time I was denied, I didn't receive anything in the mail. I only found out I was denied through ebenny. I'm just worried I won't receive anything this time either, and I'll spend time waiting on a response that won't come. Which is time, I could be filing my appeal.

Hi folks, I've been checking this site off and on for a while now, and finally decided to join, to ask a question of course. My RAMP appeal finally closed today, but ebenny still has me at 0%, and when I try to generate a letter, it still says no next to the value box. VA.gov says it was finalized today, and they sent out the notification. Since my rating still shows 0%, does that mean I was denied again. I'm asking, because I won't to start another appeal as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.
