  1. GBArmy the denial was with my original discharge VA Physical back in 2009, all my appointments were with civilian doctors, I've been trying to remember back in 2009 while going through all of the appointments. the GERD had to be in my medical record because when i sat down with the VA rep she went through my record in front of me and asked about all the items in my claim because she set the appointments up for me. I'm also guessing that the c-file you are talking about is my medical record that i sent off for last week, I did make a full copy of my medical record but unfortunately i was unable to get them out of my house before my then wife now ex wife packed the house up and moved to nebraska and yes i asked for them but you know how that went since im sending off for my records LOL.
  2. i definitely will check that out and yes i got my finial claim of 80% in 2009
  3. LOL that to funny, no only places i've been to was chile, peru, ecuador, colombia. most of my time was on trident subs.
  4. ok i deffently will call them tomorrow and see if they still have them worth a shot
  5. been longer then 7yrs that happened around 2008. On a side note how do i change that E3 seaman rate to chief?
  6. cool, yes that is a nice place and took care of me there also. i wonder if it is possible since i was taken to shands that them records never got put into my records. but i know it had to be documented some where in my records due to it was looked at and rated zero percent
  7. GBArmy my acid reflux was what they did an emergency medevac off of the submarine they had thought it was a heart attack cause the pain was so bad and it was causing pain in my neck shoulder and arm. i was taken to shands in Jacksonville and given the million dollar workup. took a few week to figure out what it was they stapled a electronic pill to my throat and i carried around a machine i would press when i had a pain and that is how they found out it was acid reflux. So yes its in my record and to this day if i miss more then 2 day of my meds i start feeling the effects coming back. My PCM knows that i still have it and he is the one that prescribes the med for it, that's why i don't understand why it wasnt rated and a zero given. Question if the information was missed by the person that had the case, would that be considered back pay?
  8. well with NC, i'm waiting for a copy of my medical record to see if there is anything in it that says how many times a day, a week, a year i have what they call minor seizures. i fall asleep just at work 7 to 10 times at my desk and that is also when i have others in my office talking to me. all 4 have said they will write a statement if needed . Also my wife and friends have all seen me fall asleep when they come over to the house. With the RA that is one that i will have to search the medical record for something or research more online and try to find a connection with one of my SC. what about my Reflux disease i have to take med daily or i have such terible chest pains it caused me to be medivac from the sub they thought i was having a heart attack.
  9. GeekySquid im ok with the name being on it i dont see what info they would get and what they would use it for .
  10. GeekySquid, thank you for letting me know they had my information still on them, i uploaded the wrong copy. GBARMY here is another copy without any sensitive information on them and thank you to all that are helping me. VADOCS.pdf
  11. GB Army here is a copy of my c-file and also the write up on all the SC diagnoses. On the Gastroesophageal reflux disease i don't understand why i was give zero percentage i have to take the Medicine Pantoprazole every day or the reflux will cause pain in my chest, actually i was pulled of my submarine for an emergency evac due to the pains i was having and the corpsman could not figure if it was a heart attack and after going through what seemed like a million test it was finally diagnosed as Gastroesophageal reflux. just didn't understand if i have to take meds for some problem how does it not get anything. also number 12 and the file with out a number are the first 2 files then it goes to the #2
  12. No never deployed to the Gulf, so do you or anyone else have any suggestions on how i can get rheumatoid Arthritis into my record. i do have Arthritis of Cervical Spine and Thoracolumbar Spine, I guess my next thing is to try and find a connection now.

  14. I have narcolepsy and its has been documented as being an autoimmune disease. I also have 2 other claims for Arthritis of Cervical Spine and Thoracolumbar Spine. Since after my discharge i've been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, so what I'm asking if someone could point me in the right direction, should i put in for a new claim for Rheumatoid Arthritis or add it as a secondary to my Narcolepsy. My Narcolepsy doctor will write me a letter on saying something to the effect that the autoimmune from the Narcolepsy would more than likely caused the Rheumatoid. I'm just not sure how to go about getting my Rheumatoid added, im rated at 80% right now and my Arthritis is becoming so painful that i have had to miss days of work due to the flair ups. My Narcolepsy has also gotten worse where my co-workers have been talking to me and i've fallen asleep at my desk. They have watched me as I've had my head nod back and forth and would fall asleep. They have offered to write me a letter about these observations, along with my wife has observed me where i would fall asleep on the couch and she would say that she would be talking to me and i would have my eyes open but i would just be there staring off at the wall. She said it only would be for a few seconds then i would be awake as normal at talking to her?.. So im just looking for some help on what i should do to get the best chance on getting to 100% Thank You for to all for the help i receive.
  15. Hello All, New here and hoping that i can find some good information to help me with submitting an update to my claims for rheumatoid arthritis, which was classified as Degenerative Arthritis of Cervical Spine and Thoracolumbar Spine, I was also diagnosed with right and left shoulder strain. I have read that Rheumatoid Arthritis can start as pain in shoulders , feet, hands , elbows, etc. I'm trying to change the diagnosis to Rheumatoid Arthritis. I've also be diagnosed with Narcolepsy and I need help with trying to understand this claim, i have read some claims on here and seen where the VA personal did not correctly document the number of seizures in a year, month and week. If I'm correct i should have been given a 100% just not sure how to word it the right way? Well tanks for reading my long post, im just happy that there is a place that a old MS can fine the help.
