    you is right ! DAV HAD MY RESULTS 2 MONTHS BEFORE I request updates on my remand claim ( remand issues of my c & p remand exam)

    I agree! My VSO- DAV tell me ANY DAY NOW, ANY DAY! YEA, RIGHT. I give up, I'm learning how to play checkers

    My C&P exams was on July 17 & July18, it was done by OTC doctors which was favorable! The results of the exams was deliver on Sept 25 to the VARO. How many days can the VARO gets to hold on to my claim without to make a decision to send it back to BVA?

    thank you all ! I will just wait on the envelope, but I must admit I do enjoy the suspense! It's not healthy for a 67 year old man

    could the RO disagree with a favorable c&p exam? the BVA would have to over ride the RO ?
