I am new thanks for answering. I just won a major claim with the VA and the complexity of the case is very rare from what i'm being told by our local VA case coordinator who has been working with me in the back ground of this fight for a few years... Could be my dav rep filed that foia but im interested in why it was filed after this claim our claim was closed so i's got me thinking that someone is doing some extra work wish I new exactly what is being requested from my records

What does the freedom of information act/ privacy act request claim..... mean this was just submitted on mine
