  1. Hello, I filed for a compensation exam for my left shoulder secondary to my right service connections (right finger amputation of 1st and 2nd fingers, ankylososis of remaining 2 fingers- 70% for loss of use. Right wrist sprain 10%, right shoulder strain 20%, scars and osteo stumps 10%, and ptsd 50%. I had the amputation from a mortar when I was 19 years old, so my whole adult life I have been over compensation with my left arm and it is finally catching up to me. How do I explain this for my dbq examiner? Or does anyone have a similar condition? Thank you!
