  1. I will, i unfortunately work from 11am to 9pm; so itll be slow going, but ill make as much progress as i can
  2. This information is amazing thank you, all of you i think based on what i have been told ill start by opening new claims for the unreviewed conditions, and see if that can bump me up to 95/100; then if that doesnt get me there, then ill try and claim for higher on the original ones. Considering i get completely floored for 1-2 days everytime i get a migraine, AND i have confirmed hypertension in which my doctor has sworn me off caffein and monsters which i used to CHUG. Im talkin the BFC cans. I used to slam those, in pensacola for my rate change school to IT i was drinking a coffee called jet fuel, with caffeinated creamer, and lots of sugar. Like a whole chonky gatorade bottle full. I imagine thats why my blood pressure got so angry/high. Ya night classes with morning PT in swamp weather.
  3. Tinitus, 10% Right knee 10% They combined these: Insomnia, adjustment, anxiety: 30% Sleep apnea 50% Left knee 10% Back 10% *** What it says did not get reviewed at discharge are: Hearing loss, hemmorhoids, erectile disfunction, migraines, rhinitus, hypertension, corns, acid reflux, fungal/toe, deviated nasal septum Even though they were on my claim form and included supporting documents.
  4. I think i still wasnt being clear with my last question about how to file for it. Let me be more specific. ⁸Can i file through vets app? Do i go to a specific office at the VA in hampton? I was more asking for like "first youll need to gather/scan/print these forms" "then do X and they will ask/need these X things". I am sorry for being vague. So you would recommend I start by? And be prepared to? Any buzz/key words to remember?
  5. Ive got so many medals from my deployments; too bad those arent helpful for me
  6. Also to respond to your concern about me treating, im an autistic [non-reviewed] adhd adult; i get all my ultrasounds, cardiograms, labs; i even buy the OTC herbal supplements they recommended. I adhere to doctors orders very well and take my medicines I doubt theyd even review my autism or adhd
  7. All good stuff to know, i have vets app right now; i think theres a way to do a supplemental claim in there, ive just never done it. They gave me that 80% right out the gate without even reviewing all of my conditions on my first claim.
  8. I have oodles of records of my conditions. But where/how do i file them?
  9. Please advise where/how to file for this, nobody at the VA is being helpful. When i talked to them after the VSO they didnt seem to know what to do so they just gave me a crapload of numbers to call
  10. Well thats definitely food for thought then, i just wanted to get what i was told i was supposed to get. So how do i make a claim for the unreviewed conditions? I should probably start that sooner rather than later.
  11. My reasoning is for nex, tricare, and base privelages mostly. I am mostly looking for the "retired" status. I was also told there would be major back pay too; but thats second to getting my retired status. I know that it probably wont even increase my pay that much. I will also be looking into trying to get that 100% if i can understand that process as well
  12. I have tried two attorneys thus far; one told me they wouldnt take my case because i was out already and another wouldnt take my case because i was actively working. So thats been a thing so far. Hope i can find one that will take my case
  13. Also i got a callback from the VSO office and apparently from what they told me the 60% rule applies based on my timeframe of service. They gave me a number to call, wish me luck
