    I was recently overpaid by the VA since they were switching from paying the school to paying us directly, which I guess resulted in that overpayment. Thing is, I was also getting my Pell Grant + my usual BAH so I assumed that was all mine. I'm currently experiencing some housing turbulence while I go to welding school and im in debt, so i immediately used it to pay off my credit card.. I'm not sure if anyone here has gone through the process of requesting a VA waiver, but I would sure like some help.. thanks!
