Does anyone know who does IME in Seattle?

Hi John, I will look into an IME, good advice. Combat awards, but they are stating it was pre-existing. I went back 2 1/2 years after it was denied and reopened the claim. I am hoping it goes through this time.

That's a good idea about IME. I will also send the VA my medical records from the VA hospital?? Or, will they have access to those. Thanks for sharing your info. It sounds like it took you a lot of time and energy to get your benefits. I am glad it worked out for you.
