I am 0% SC for GERD but I have been going to the VA for a few months now complaining of worsening GERD symptoms and stomach pain. So I got a Upper Endoscopy done and the results were I have hiatal hernia and berretts esaphogus and intestinal gastritis. Do you think this new information will get me an increase in my SC rating of 0% to a higher raitng? Should I apply for an increased rating or will these be a secondary condition of my GERD? My second question is I also just found out that I have a bad case of sleep apnea, I am SC 70 percent for ptsd, is sleep apnea a secondary condition of ptsd or how do I get SC for sleep apnea? I had a CPAP sleep study and they said I had sleep apnea and it was causing my blood oxygen levels to get messed up. So they have sceduled me for a BIPAP Titration Study, what is this study and what does this mean for my chances of gettign SC for sleep apnea?
