Good Day all, I am new to the Forums. I have read many threads and garnered a great deal of information. Thank You for all the posts. I am finally at my wits end and need some assistance. I submitted a request for reevaluation in OCT 08. I just submitted a request through IRIS the other day asking for some status. Let me back track, in June I requested status and was told my request was ready to rate. Yesterday I received a call from the VA IRIS team and we went over the action since that June email. Apperantly my claim is still in the triage stage waiting for the results of a C & P exam that was conducted in April 09. Something seems strange here. First the June statement I am ready to rate and now I am told they are still developing my claim and waiting on a C & P exam conducted almost 4 months ago? Any input on if this has happened before or seem abnormal.
