  1. I received a letter for a C&P appt tomorrow. I was given 30% for OCD back in 12/07, adjusted form general anxiety of 10% and now there requesting another appt. Anyone know why? Anyways, the issue has gotten a lot worse (i.e. OCD is destroying marriage, friendships, cant sleep well, and have 2-4 panic attacks a week.). The only issue is that I am afraid I am showing signs of bi-polar disorder as well. If they detect that, would it be servce connected? (I dont know if its possible for OCD to turn into bi-polar disorder. My fear is that they are going to say it existed prior to service, but it wasnt. I just don't want to lose anything, but of course will take an increase if granted. Any advice? Do I tell them that its destryoing my work and home life? Do I tell them I cant sleep, etc........... Thanks! T. in NE
