I had C&P 03/2010 for IHD-examiner stated in report, smoking is cause for IHD,no AO association, But he still wrote IHD and 3 mets with ejection fraction 50%; only took 20 min. for exam, still have boots on the ground; 69/70 3rd Cag. Cap 3-5-5 RVN
