Question

OK. Here's how it goes.

I have been told by the VA Docs I see that I need A & A & put in for it with Letters from 2 VA Docs & an IMO.

So, today I call the ole 1k number & they tell e they have sent me a letter explaining the appeal procedure.

Does anyone know what this means or has been thru this.

Thanks,

GARY

Gary- if you mean the 1-800-827-1000 number I would call again for a second opinion-

They haven't had time to deny the A & A claim yet -have they?

Odd that they said appeal letter was coming-

Berta.......... yes, it was the 1,000 #.

& he did say I was getting a letter explaining the appeals process.

I don't think they have had time to deny it yet.

But, if they do then I appeal to BVA & still have Clark in my corner.

He's listed as my SO & the RO should realise if I have a Lawyer I'm not going to just say " OK....I was wrong & U were right"

Maybe he made a mistake on how he said it.

I'm unaware but will keep U posted on the adventures of " Gary & the VA" lol

& I will ... I'll call them highly skilled individuals right now.

Heck, it's 4:30 so I'll call tomorrow.

The one person I can always count on.......BERTA................
