Question

OK. Here's how it goes.

I have been told by the VA Docs I see that I need A & A & put in for it with Letters from 2 VA Docs & an IMO.

So, today I call the ole 1k number & they tell e they have sent me a letter explaining the appeal procedure.

Does anyone know what this means or has been thru this.

Thanks,

GARY

Hey, got my letter today.

Now remember the 1k Voice told me the RO was sending a letter explaining the Appeals Procedure.

I open my letter & it says

" Since I'm SC I am eligable for Voc Rehab"

DUH... I have been eligable for that for a long time.

Has anyone else gotten one of thesee dumb letters & does this sound like a ploy to delay my claim.

It should be a slam dunk as I have all sorts of Doctors Opinions saying my WIfe & I need it.

& I do get all my Medical treatment at the VA so they would have no problem checking me out.

If nothing else the RO's are inventive.

Also, my short term memory is shot & some times I get in moods where I'm not real friendly so I guess the only job I could be rehabbed for would be putting Erasers on pencils as long as I remembered on which end to put them lol

Not really funny but what the heck life is to short to get excited.
