Is Making Too Much Money A Pentalty?

Question

While awaiting my claim on an increase in PTSD, MI and Nueropathy I had a triple bypass (the 24th of May). I have a C&P June 13th.

I'm a federal employee and a retired E-7. Total I have 40 years of federal service.

I am currently 60% disabled. My service officer at VFW thinks when the smokes clears I will be 100%.

Will my military retirement, social security, and federal retirement be penalized if I receive 100% disability? I am not applying for TDUI or Disability Retirement from Federal Service.

I have tried to lead an honest life and paid my way. All I want is what is due and what I feel that I have earned. Although I don't want to be penalized for being honest.

Any assistance will be appreciated.

Thank you all at Hadit.
