Guest Jim S.
;) I've been taking Paroxetine for depression to help eliviate my depressed mood. My Psychiatrist recently had the perscription increased from 40 MG to 50 MG. This I believe is the second time it has been increased with limited or questionable results. Granted it has only been a few weeks since the last increase and may need some time for any benefits to be shown. My Question concerns whether or not a physical injury, that of a cerebral concusion, that was shown to have caused unconsciousness, for less than 30 minutes, amnesia for the proceding 3 days, and demostrating a slow wave form, of the frontal lobe on an EEG test, could be the cause and why the Paroxetine has had poor results, if any? I guess the quanity should mean something. Good Luck and keep trying till you find something that works for you. Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.
