Question

Your claims are already at the BVA? When you said: claims file at the BVA Jude dose that means that you know already his or her name?

My case went to the board and then remanded to the AMC they haven't finished yet. If by any chance would i have the need to disagree with the AMC decision, then could I addressed my NOD straight to my case Jude?
