It has been suggested to me that I should apply for secondary condition of Reactive arthritis to the cyst which is 0%. It is already documented in my smr's and vamc's that I had this cyst and it was at times infected and they can't deny the cyst is service connected.
ReA is caused from an infection thereby bypassing the 3.307 and trying to prove 10% rating within a year.
Any raters willing to give opinion, I think this sounds good but I also think the HD needs to be rated. I guess I could just go to my primary and start getting it documented its infected.
I would probably have another CE, which is fine with me.
