diabetes Traumatic Brain Injury (tbi)

Just talking to The Wife (an Advance Practice RN who has been in Intensive Care nursing for years).

She and I were talking about all the Vets with TBI and how easy it was to suffer these types of injury and she asked me whether any of my Hadit friends had DM and if so, had they suffered TBI.

I said "huh?"

She said "Honey, TBI causes Diabetes Mellitus.".

Just a tidbit of info.

Thanks Larry. Its scary info because I have an appointment for TBI testing with the VA next month.
