Inherieted Autoimmune

Question

I have a son and a granddaugher diagnosed w/the same condition that the Doctor believes in Inherited from my AutoImmune that was service connected,Can a claim even be done for these kids?? has anyone heard of someone doing a claim with the VA for kids and grandkids for something like this? Also my Service connected Condition just gives me only Medical because of my type of discharge--would my dicharge effect a claim for them if one can be done. Thanks for any help in Advance

Hopefully a Hadit expert that might have a knowledge of this will drop by and chime in.

That being said I do know there are situations in which certain Vietnam Veterans children have been able to process or at least be claimed as disabled by the veteran for certain disabilities. It is for Veterans that were exposed to Agent Orange.

Other than that I personally have never heard of anyone trying this type of claim.

Other than Service Connected Agent Orange with spina bifida I don't think that is possible.

Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.
