donews
I believe I saw a training or operations manual for raters and such somewhere recently. Anyone have a clue as to what I am talking about or where to get it? It basically explained the rating and decision process from the raters point of view. I for some reason have lost my copy and was not finished reading it. Donewsome
Ricky
Don, are you refering to the M21-R manaual which tells VA raters how to rate etc....? If so you should be able to find a link to it from the Hadit start page.
sixthscents
Yeah further M21-1 stems from CFR 38 and thats another source of info for your claims and what the law states. Bob Smith
