There is a potential association between Bells and diabetes-

Under google search more pops up too-

The VA doesn't seem to want to pay more than 10% for this condition unless it fulflls a criteria within:

If a doctor will state that your Bell's Palsy is more than likely due to the diabetes, you could get this as secondary-it would help too if the doctor sees a few printouts from the net as to the potential association-unless there is another reason for it ,other than the diabetes.

Seems like it could be a type of peripheral neuropathy to me-

Wondering if any Vietnam vets suffer from Bell's Palsy and if they may have applied for compensation on it due to diabetis, or PN

They just said that my bells palsy is more than likely caused by my diabettes II
