I received an appointment in the mail today for a Speech Pathology Evaluation, I have no idea what tis is or what it is for, can anyone help to steer me to any information as to what I need to do to prepare for it and what it might be for. I know that since my recent surgery I have developed a stuttering problem and my PTSD has caused short term memory loss, either of which might be the reason for this evaluation. Please try to advise me or steer me to the paper the Doc will use for the interview, something like a C&P check sheet.
