Your doc is absolutely correct-

and if he would provide an IMO that complies with the IMO criteria we have here-stating with medical rationale how the bilateral subtalar jlin is secondary disability to the Pes Planus- this would surely attain you a higher rate of comp-maybe not much higher-

but I saw a BVA case (and posted it here) where the vet's 10% Pes Planus eventually led to TDIU.

There are many cases at the BVA web site that show how the VA decided on and rated subtalar loint disease as secondary to other conditions-

do you have any DJD involvement or any arthritis in your ankles or feet?

Also he's board certified and a member of the board of podiatric surgery (does his own surgeries). Foot and ankle clinic. Ima lso seeing another podiatrist monday at a local hospital for a second opinion. Also Im just wondering my vso said the docs statment is good enough but im hesitant to totally believe him and wondering if i should have a more detailed description in my next doc statement. because my 2 doc statments i have already are strong statements but short and to the point with no real details. What do you think? and thanks for the replies by the way. much appreciated.
