Question
Mr C-rock
Can anybody tell me about the PROGRAM OF INDEPENDENT LIVING SERVICES. I am enrolled into the program and do not understand how it is to help me. I am a 80% TDIU disabled Veteran, 70% PTSD. The program in geared toward disabled veteran with physical disabilities. Not emotional veteran with PTSD. I had an interview with my case worker yesterday and fill nothing was done. I suppose to check on school in may with photography and that is it. Below is a link that explain the PROGRAM OF INDEPENDENT LIVING SERVICES, but I do not understand things and need help. Please advise if you can. Also, it was saying about, VA will pay subsistence allowance to a veteran in the IL program under 38 CFR 21.260. i truely do not understand this, Do I suppuse to be paid while in this program or only when I am in school.
Thanks
