Guest Namvet6567 Posted February 2, 2006 Share Posted February 2, 2006 File a notice of disagreement(nod) and appeal their decision. You may want to check the regs on Voc Rehab. Guest Berta Posted February 2, 2006 Share Posted February 2, 2006 I agree something seems wrong- http://www.warms.vba.va.gov/bookg.html In 38 CFR Book G , under Chaper 31 you will find the eligibility requirements, etc for this program. The whole point of Vic Rehab is to overcome umployability problems that stem from service connected disability- what is your SC rating? I dont get this denial.
