Turned Down For Voc Rehab

Question

Well finally heard from the VA since I have a job they see no need for me to get Voc rehab. Does not matter it’s a job I hate or not. If you make minnium wage you are working

Delay, Delay, Delay another thousand Vets will die today. This has been almost a 9 year trip thru the VA maze.

File a notice of disagreement(nod) and appeal their decision. You may want to check the regs on Voc Rehab. As long as you're at least 30% and trainable, I don't see how they can turn you down.

one of my supervisors at the tire company was working full time and going to school under Voc Rehab, they were paying him to go to school paid for his laptop and all the computer programs he needed for classes. So someone is not reading the regs correctly.

100% SC P&T PTSD 100% CAD 10% Hypertension and A&A = SMC L, SSD

I agree something seems wrong-

In 38 CFR Book G , under Chaper 31 you will find the eligibility requirements, etc for this program.

The whole point of Vic Rehab is to overcome umployability problems that stem from service connected disability-

what is your SC rating? I dont get this denial.
