She called me due to my call to the Director's office-to confirm they received my recent fax and that they just received my claims file back from Seattle VARO and the information has been given to a post-decision coach.

I am relieved to know where the c file is at.

I told her I am preparing a formal October Incident request

and responding to their recent letter- but also that I wanted them to look for my Nov 3rd submission.

She took the time to ask me what the listed evidence was on my SOC and obviously none of my medical evidence was listed there.

Ironically they listed as evidence a letter I had sent to Russo (AMC) on Nov 10th with concerns that they had received my large packet of evidence again on the 3rd of Nov -per USPS - but then the AMC said they didnt get it.

This sure goes to show that they are not reading anything we send.
