With an additional $150,000,000 to hire & train raters, will it help with the backlogs?

Thats allot of money to put it into bonuses for shredding claims or ignoring primary evidence & dr shopping for just the right IMO to deny with.

Training raters to repeat intentional errors will produce little justice in vets getting their claims resolved in a decent time frame(90-120 days),without being remanded. But I guess it will put people to work for the Gov for a while.

For an additional amount for "General Operating Expenses", $150,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2010, for additional expenses related to hiring and training temporary surge claims processors.

OFFICE OF INSPECTOR GENERAL
