Question

I filled for migraines, I received a 0% rating for occipital headaches blending with daily neck pain. The 0% was because the VA said I would have to had to have prostrating attacks averaging one in 2 months over last several months. OK, when I filed my claim I sent in documentation from several doctors stating I have headaches, one document from my neurologist stating the headaches were migraines and I was have 1-2 a month. I sent in a journal reflecting almost daily headaches and severe headaches (where I couldn't work and would have to go to bed) 1-2 times a month. My SO resubmitted my documentation with a cover letter requesting my 0% be reconsidered.

This is like a bad game of tennis.......

Appeal it ( Form 9)and get it out of the hands of the Rating Office. Dont take DOR. Get it straight to the board of appeals.
