Has anyone here ever sent this entity a FOIA?

Did you send it directly to them in Buffalo or have it go through the Records Access Officer -Western VA Health Care System- ?

It is not just the claims process that needs an audit-

I have been look into OMLA -VA -for many long months-

GAO Reports have shown for past years that something is wrong with them regarding FTCA claims and NPDB reporting requirements.

Shreddergate was just the tip of the VA iceberg-in my opinion.
