Question

I have been rated at 40% for venous Insuffeciency of my left leg foot and ankle. I am now having problems with my right side and leg from using a cain on my left side. Can this be claimed for I believe I am putting a strain on my right side and if so what is it called.

Also how do I get an electric scooter out of the VA

Ask you primary doc for scooter and they will have you evaluated. I think they have really tightened up the regulations for it.

I have heard many times that when something hurts on one side you end up hurting the other side and I think that you probably stand on good ground to get a higher rating. Just know that in all likelihood they will review your established claim while they work on the new one.
