WHOLESALE
As far as an IMO for unemployability what are some key statements the doctor needs to make to increase the chances of an award? I imagine many private doctors don't know how the VA works so they don't know the necessary statements the VA requires to grant unemployability. I know one is "total social and occupational dysfunction" but what are some other good statements. Thanks, Frank Link to comment

WHOLESALE
Nice one Carly, "any type of employment" is very important. I have seen cases online where the vet was denied since the examiner didn't clarify this and the VA came back and said the veteran isn't precluded from any type of work. Frank That in their medical opinion you are totally disabled for any type of employment due solely to your SC'd disabilities. jmho, carlie Link to comment
