'status Of Claim'

This may be a stupid question but i git my Iris Response back which said.

Your 'Status of Claim' has been routed to the 'VBA IRC Response Center 1' group.

The Department of Veterans Affairs has received your 'Status of Claim'. You should expect a response from us within 5 business days.

Does that 5 day response time sound good or they blowing smoke up my but, just thought some else might have gotten this time frame and if it was shorter or longer.

I usually get a response within one day or so; must depend on their workload.

I get them to email me so I can print it off for my records.

Yep yep, they say 5 days but I also usually get a response in 24hours or less.
