Guest Berta Posted March 16, 2006 Share Posted March 16, 2006 Quillo- Once a vet fills the I-9, the case sits at the VARO until the BVA calls for it- it takes time to even get a docket number and Terry here said the BVA is working on appeals filed over a year or more ago- I would send the VARO a letter asking them for a copy of your complete c file- I am sure that -unless it has been docketed at BVA months ago- it is probably right there at the VARO.
