Moderator broncovet Posted September 11, 2009 Moderator Share Posted September 11, 2009 No, but I have heard great things about him..I heard he was very experienced, and I seem to remember reading his name on some decisions..I think they were favorable. If I recall he was not taking cases when I was looking..but maybe he is now.
SLEDGE
Yes, Kenneth Carpenter of Topeka, Kansas. He is a very busy man and usually selects his clients. Even a strong claim will not be selected if it doesn't meet his criteria. Mr. Carpenter specializes in mostly PTSD types of stuff. Dubious claims probably need not apply for his help. I was getting severely screwed and screwed-up by the RO and BVA and my service org when Mr. Carpenter took my case. It took mandamus to get the VA off of my butt and back on my case. sledge Those that need help the most are the ones least likely to receive help from the VA. It's up to us to help each other. sledge twkelly@hotmail.com
